The first question is, do you know what chemical he used, what percentage and how much? Find and invoice and all of that information should be there.

What to use if soil treatment didn't get the termites?
Had termites swarm from a hole drilled on window inside 3 yrs ago in early Spring. Used a pro our neighbor used when they had termites. He treated the entire soil around the house, drilled to porches and garage. The following summer we washed the siding in our gargage and noticed the siding wrinkled and you could stick your finger thru the paint. Called the pro, he returned and treated the soil again and between the walls of the brick and floor. The next spring they swarmed on the porch, he came and treated that area again. This Spring (7 days ago) we had swarmers come from under the kitchen sink window. He came 4 days ago and drilled holes under the window on the proch and drilled a few holes in the brick walls to get the Tremidore between the walls. We've seen some come out for the past 4 days. We also have seen some swarming in out outer garage, but found no place they were coming out of. We are very concerned as to why he can't get them under control. We have paid our terminte renewal each year and he's been excellent to come back a treat the areas, but we are tired of dealing with the pest. The pro is an older guy that has been treating homes for 37 years. He's super nice, but that's not getting rid of the destroying pest. What suggestions do you have? Should we use the Trimidor foam in the inside between the walls, get the baiting system ourselves or start over with someone different. We have no visible evidence from the outside that we have termites, only between the walls which is worse, you don't know it until they've destroyed so much. Please advise.
