That completely depends on where you are seeing them. If you know where the nest is, then you can either do a direct injection with Termidor Foam, Premise Foam, or Alpine Foam and inject it directly into the nest through the kickout holes, etc.
If you don't know where the nest is, the you will have to resort to baiting because sprays are not going to work. Spraying will only kill the exposed workers, the remainder of the colony will thrive and likely multiply into new colonies resulting in more problems.
