As long is it is applied into cracks and crevices and according to label directions, there should be no worries for pets or people. The common sense rule here is to get them out of the house during treatment, and make sure that everything is dry and there are no odors before letting them back inside.
If what you are asking is if it is safe to apply with them indoors? I would not recommend that, however, as long as you are extremely careful, keep them away from you and out of the rooms you are treating, and then use the above precautions, they should be fine.
