It depends on if the cedar is sealed. It it is sealed with a sealer, primer, varnish, etc, it should not stain. If the wood is bare, then there is the possibility that there could be some water stains, etc.
This is also the case if you just sprayed plain water. I have not had any reports of any unsightly residues with OnSlaught. However, as with most pesticides, I would recommend to test a small area and see what happens before spraying the entire surface.
