Yes, Bifen IT is an excellent product for controlling fleas and ticks in yards.
Don't use in a hose end sprayer. Only use it with a hand pump or hydraulic sprayer.
Mix at a rate of 1 oz per gallon of water and apply 1 gallon of Bifen/water mix per 1000 square feet.
