It sounds like you have a clogged filter. If the tank pressurizes but the handle won't spray, disconnect the hose from the sprayer wand. Pressurize the tank and see if water flows to the end of the hose.
If the wand is clogged, or filter is clogged, you will have to disassemble it and clean everything. Take the tip off of the end of the wand to make sure water flows through the wand. If that works, then reinstall the tip and make sure that it is not clogged. If so, either clean the tip with an air hose or replacement. NEVER use a needle or pin to unclog the tip. It wallows out the hole and ruins the tip.
