Bifen SC is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide, much like Suspend and Tempo. They are basically cousins in the insecticide family. It really depends on what you are trying to kill and where.
To answer your question, its a good product, mostly for outdoor use. Suspend and Tempo are used mainly indoors.
