I was told by one company (terminix) that bait stations would work in my yard, but another comany(orkin) told me that I didn't have enough square footage of soil to warrant stations and not to waste my money on them. Which one was right?
Are you referring to there being a large amount of cement around your home such as driveways, patio's etc? Termite bait stations can be placed anywhere within the yard area to intercept termites. There needs to be stations on each side of the house. It is possible however, to do "spot" baiting if you know exactly where the termites are located. If you email your address to me I can do a Google Flyover on Gmaps and take a look. Always happy to help. email firstname.lastname@example.org
