Multiple Chemical Sensitivity or Reaction is something that cannot be easily avoided. In my experience, the very presence of certain chemicals is enough to set off a reaction. Odor or no odor, the presence is enough to avoid. My advice is to speak to your doctor about this before using it.
To answer your question, the odor is very light but noticeable. Its because Termidor HE contains more solvents and uses less water than Termidor SC. If its applied indoors it will be more noticeable. If its only applied outdoors, the odor will be less, carried with wind currents and could be greater or lesser indoors depending on the wind currents. It usually dries within a few hours. The lingering odor - although very faint - could last several days or more.
You might consider using Hex Pro Termite Bait system. It has ZERO odor, is environmentally correct and will pose no issues to those suffering from MCS.
