It depends on what type of foundation. Basically the outer perimeter should be around 180 linear feet, so at the rate of application of 4 gallons per 10 linear feet you would use 180/10*4=72 gallons of mixed Termidor with water.
That does not include the inside plumbing areas and other areas that might need to be treated such as plumbing lines, bath traps, etc.
Pier and beam homes, need treatment under the home along the foundation and around the piers or supports. Double the amount of Termidor for the inside foundation treatment and also add 2 gallons per pier or support.
