In most cases, on average Termidor will last 10-15 years in the soil under normal conditions. This doesn't mean the treatment will last that long, and your house will be totally protected for 10-15 years because, in some areas, it can breakdown, allowing termites to re-enter. But on average it will last a long time if applied properly.

will moister cause it to break down faster? My crawl space has a lot of moister under it when it rains a lot. The crawl space has almost all of the black plastic on top of the soil and at least two to three concrete blocks between the soil the metal piece that the wood sits on. I most place its like 5-7 blocks, them a sheet of metal then the wood.

Yes, moisture will cause all pesticides to breakdown faster, especially in the presence of organic matter or debris such as bacteria, mold, etc.
