This product (Pyronyl 303) is normally used in mosquito misting systems, such as the one sold by MistAway and used by Dallas Ft. Worth Pest Control. Here is a link to see what it looks like -

It can also be sprayed by hand with hand pump sprayer.
It is very concentrated and kills mosquitoes and flying insects on contact.
