Yes, but the disclaimer is "around" plants. Outside, the effects would be minimal and expensive, since CB 80 is an aerosol and would simply "float away" in the wind. It is intended for indoor use.
Don't spray CB 90 directly or wet the leaves. Spray under, around or between, very lightly. If you are trying to kill plant pest such as aphids, etc, then I would use something else, preferably a soap such as Natural Guard Neem - here is the link - http://www.epestsupply.com/cgi-bin/sh...
CB 80 has propellants and solvents that could burn tender plant leaves or flowers. I use it all the time around house plants to kill gnats, etc. But I have experienced some burning as well when I get a little carried away spraying it.
